Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. I cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time (November 2014).

Also please note: Many of my pieces are made with vintage items or natural stones. Much like all of us, these items are not flawless, but are nonetheless beautiful. Each piece will have its own unique character; this is intentional and part of the beauty of the piece.

I currently accept PayPal. Please pay at time of purchase. If I don't receive payment, the piece will go back up for sale.

Additional policies and FAQs
Feedback: Positive feedback is helpful and appreciated! If you're considering negative feedback, please convo me first. If something is wrong, let's communicate and try to work things out.

Jewelry Adjustments: In many cases, I can modify the length of a necklace or change the ear hardware (wires, posts, clips) on earrings -- but please convo me BEFORE you purchase a piece if you need an adjustment. Depending on the parts and labor involved, there may be a small fee, or even no fee at all, so please convo me for details.

Jewelry Care Tips: I have cared for my family's jewelry long before I started making any, and have found some care tips to be especially useful regardless of the jewelry type.
-- To avoid tangling or scratches, keep your jewelry stored flat in a box.
-- Silk cords and ribbons are not always colorfast. Please do not get them wet; store them carefully to avoid dirt and keep them clean.
-- To diminish metal discoloration, keep your jewelry in an airtight environment: place boxed or unboxed jewelry in a zip lock bag or resealable plastic container.
-- Clean jewelry with a soft, clean dry cloth.
-- In the event of metal discoloration, do not use a liquid cleaner. Instead, use a dry polishing cloth that has cleaning agents in it. I've had excellent results with the Connoisseurs UltraSoft Silver Jewelry Polishing Cloth set -- it's effective on many different metals, not just silver.
-- This one sounds odd, but I've noticed good results: To provide a barrier against metal discoloration, apply a thin coat (only to metal components) of Renaissance Micro-Crystalline Wax Polish, following the package directions, then buff away excess. Air out the jewelry for about an hour before storing to let the polish smell fade.
