Shop policies

Last updated on July 1, 2022
Greetings,
I try to keep my policies simple, but if you have a problem, I want to help.

Accepted payment methods

Paypal Visa Mastercard Discover Apple Pay Klarna Giftcard
Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns & exchanges

See item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Payment

Payment is by Paypal, Etsy direct checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or money order. I charge sales tax to Connecticut customers. There are several other states that require etsy to collect sales tax.

Shipping

I ship most items UPS ground or USPS Parcel Post or priority mail. I package things very well so the frame(s) arrives in one piece. Customers outside U.S. and Canada, please contact me for a shipping quote if you want to purchase an item. The buyer is responsible for any duties or customs charges, etc.

Additional policies and FAQs

All my photos are of the actual items being sold, and unless you request otherwise, will be shipped as shown, with sample photos, matte, glass or mirror, etc. I do my best to make sure that my frames will hold up to the natural expansion and contraction wood undergoes, but miter joints can open up over time; I reinforce them to hold them together even if they open a little.
