It took forever to get here,I ordered it September 2nd and got it September 28th,I wasn't in no hurry for it,but it did turn out great I loved it once it got here! Thanks

Shipping was just as long as expected, very cute fabric choices. Next time I would choose black or yellow string for the embroidery, the dark pink didn't show up as well.

Hey! I’m Stephanie, and welcome to my shop, GracieLou Kangaroo! Thanks for stopping by!

I started my own business because designing and sewing are two of my favorite hobbies, and since I was making all these things, I decided I had better start finding homes for them!

I absolutely adore making the items for my shop. It totally brings me joy to know that people all over the world are wearing my lanyards, or carrying around my key fobs and journals everyday.

I’m currently living in Virginia Beach with my husband, Chris, and our slightly grumpy - but still lovable - husky/chow mix, Buster (don’t worry, Buster’s not allowed into the shop studio, much to his chagrin).

Welcome to GracieLou's shop! It brings me great joy to know that people all over have a handcrafted item by me! I would love to create a custom or personalized item for you, feel free to contact me about items in my shop, or if you would like something customized!

Accepted payment methods

Methods: My shop accepts credit cards directly thru Etsy Direct Checkout, as well as paypal.

Cancelling Orders: I know mistakes happen, and if you order by mistake, just let me know! We can have an item cancelled BEFORE it is made!
Carrier: I use USPS shipping almost exclusively. Normally I ship first class, unless it is his/hers aprons or heavier items (purses, orders of 10 or more small items, etc.)

Cost: I try to base my shipping on actual cost. Occasionally this will be over/under slightly based on where you live and weight of your package. I am always happy to combine shipping, and have set up all of my listings to do so automatically. Larger shipping discounts may be available for multiple orders, convo me for details.

I have delivery confirmation on all domestic shipments. I normally provide this via paypal or etsy, but if for some reason you do not receive your tracking number please just send me a note.

Timeline: I work hard to ship my items in the approximate times in my listings, but am not responsible for actual shipping times once the item has been postmarked by USPS. If I foresee any delays on my end, I will do my best to contact you and let you know! Often I am able to work in rush orders, please convo me BEFORE placing your order to make sure I can meet your deadline. :) Convo me as well if you have any other shipping requests/concerns.

Gifts: I am always happy to include a gift note and ship to the recipient's address. However, if you are making multiple orders that need to go do multiple addresses, there may be additional shipping fees.

International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees. I ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service First Class International or Priority shipping. You may request additional shipping services at your expense. Please provide your telephone number and review your address to be sure it is correct. International shipping times vary and are beyond my control. Shipping times in the past have varied from 2-6 weeks. Items shipped thru etsy are provided with limited tracking thru USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each item is handmade by me. I take great care with each one, and hope you will be happy with the final result! My items are custom made just for you, so refunds are not possible on personalized items.

My Error: If I make an error in any of your customization requests, I will be more than happy to exchange for the correct item at no additional cost.

Not My Error: If I am not given all the information I need, or if you desire an exchange for another reason, please contact me to work out details. I may be able to exchange or modify your existing item, but if it was made as requested you will be responsible for all shipping costs and any additional materials/labor. If you did not provide all the information, and I cannot reach you for more details, I will use my best judgment on colors/fonts to complete the order. I do not offer refunds for personalized items. I do not offer refunds or exchanges if I made it how you requested, but you just don't like it.

VERY IMPORTANT: Colors of fabrics can vary on your computer screen. If you are unsure of a color, please order a swatch first. I will not accept returns because you do not like a fabric as much in person. I do my best to represent the true colors by photographing the exact fabrics myself, but that is also why I encourage you to order a swatch first. Swatches can be found here:

Lost packages: Delivery confirmation is provided on all items. If a package is confirmed delivered to your home address, I am not responsible beyond that point.

Refunds: Refunds are not offered on custom or personalized items. Non-personalized items may be refunded or exchanged, but buyer to pay all shipping costs if there was no error from what was purchased.

Any request for an exchange must be made within 7 days. Please allow 7-10 business days for new/changed items to be shipped.

Damaged items: While I use high quality materials and take time to make each item, they are still fabric items that receive daily use. Some wear and tear should be expected. However, if you feel your item is defective, please contact me immediately. Please read additional information below pertaining to damaged or defective items.

Within 7 days: If your item shows a defect within 7 days of delivery confirmation to your address, I will replace your item. (Example: Faulty clip on a lanyard, keychain hardware separates from keychain, retractable snap does not pull properly, zipper that does not open/close, etc.)

Within 90 days: I will work with you to repair your item within 90 days of delivery confirmation to your address if it is defective (not abused). Please note, you (buyer) will incur ANY additional shipping costs, but I will cover the cost of new supplies. I stand behind the quality of my products, and hope they will last you a very long time under normal use. However, beyond 90 days I will not consider any type of repair or replacement. Thank you for understanding.

The best way to contact me is via convo for custom orders and/or questions. Since most of my items have customization information, please be sure to include all applicable information when buying, either when you checkout or through a separate convo. Production time estimates do not begin until I have all the customization information.
