Graciewear’s Shop Policies

Welcome to Graciewear. I’m a fiber artist with a degree in clothing and textiles who loves to “play” with fabric and fibers and find myself loving the process of creating something unusual out of the ordinary. I make a few of each piece at a time, but do not stock a large number of each size so if you need a size not listed please convo me and I will gladly adjust or make one for you.
Please use these facts for measuring for your own size or design:
1. chest... please be aware that a chest measurement is different from a bra size. The measurement is taken around the middle or widest part of breast.
2. waist... at the smallest point
3. hips... at the widest point
4. inseam... from crotch to hem
*It is helpful to get an arm measurement for long sleeved tops... the best way to do this is to measure from your armpit along the inside of your arm to the wrist.
*A length measurement for ANY top or dress is appreciated... this can be measured from the top middle of your shoulder down to where you would like the bottom hem to rest.
****ALSO, IF YOU FEEL I MIGHT NEED A MEASUREMENT THAT IS NOT ASKED FOR... if you are short waisted, broad shouldered, petite, tall ... etc.. please let me know.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Refunds are given within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Orders are tracked so I know when they are recieved. After 3 days and within 7 days only exchanges are accepted
Payment
Payments are due when order is placed. All payments are made thru pay pal.
Shipping
Orders are shipped priority or first clas mail with tracking.
