Returns and exchanges
There will be no refunds after an order is completed (as they are custom made), unless there is an undeniable color difference. Please note that monitor color will vary, and although every attempt will be made to color match, in some cases this will not be possible to have an exact representation. Please if you have any concerns, we are happy to work with you.

PayPal is the accepted method of payment for your purchase, however cheque or money order will be considered, please convo me if you would prefer to pay with a different method beside PayPal.

You can pay with a credit card through PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account. Please see this link for instructions on this:

Payment is expected within 3 days of your purchase, and all attempts will be made to contact the buyer before this time, if payment is not received upon time of purchase. Unless there is an agreement for other terms between the buyer and seller, and if no contact is made without payment within this time, you forfeit your purchase and the item(s) will be relisted.
I always ship to the address listed on the Etsy order, not the PayPal account.

Shipping quotes in Canada are for Regular Post and do not include insurance.

USA and International shipping prices are for Small Packet, Air. They do not include insurance or tracking.

Shipping to the USA takes between 3 - 12 business days and 5 - 21 business days internationally. You can upgrade if you need a faster shipping time, or tracking information. Just let me know and I can give you an estimate for additional shipping costs.

Seller is not responsible for items lost in transit, unless buyer chooses to upgrade shipping to a tracked package at an additional cost or by the purchase of insurance.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We take pride in our packaging so that we can ensure your order arrives safely, and although it is extremely rare, and I have personally only ever had 1 package lost in transit in the last 4 years of selling online, it can happen. If you are concerned about this we can offer insurance at a cost of $1.50 for up to $50 coverage, and $3.00 for up to $100 coverage. Should your package be lost/damaged in transit and you are covered by insurance, we will gladly replace the items lost, at no cost to you.

*Please convo me before purchasing and paying if you would like pricing on a faster shipping option with tracking, or to include insurance at an additional cost and I will send you a revised PayPal invoice.

For large/custom orders, shipping prices listed should be taken as an estimate only. If additional charges are incurred at the time of shipping, the buyer will be expected to pay for this postage and a PayPal invoice will be sent.
