I have so much pleasure in creating each item for sale and I am thrilled to be able to share them with you. I will make multiple copies of the same item; each item I make will be unique and will likely NOT be the EXACT same item pictured in the photo (e.g. the shell shape will vary, the wire wrappings will vary, bars of soap will have different swirls, etc.). I will be happy to e-mail you a photo of the item I am sending you, but rest assured, I am very particular (i.e. anal) about my creations and I WILL send you something that looks completely similar to what is depicted in the photo.

Returns and exchanges
There are NO refunds or exchanges. I strongly encourage you to ask any remaining questions you may have BEFORE placing an order. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please communicate with me if you have any questions about an item.
At this point in time, I only accept payment through PayPal. Once the order is placed, there are no cancellations, so PLEASE be 100% sure you want the item before you hit the order button.
All items will be shipped via USPS Priority or First-Class Mail. In the U.S., I will also include tracking and delivery confirmation. I want to make sure you safely receive your treasures!

I will ship to your PayPal address unless otherwise noted. I will try to send packages within 3 to 4 days of your order. If I am sick or for some other reason unable to send/make your item right away, I will notify you ASAP. These circumstances rarely happen, but they DO happen.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery (sometimes longer when going out of the U.S. - Customs). In most cases, it will not take longer than 3 to 5 days, but sometimes the mail is just slow, especially when a package is going out of the country.

If for some reason you do not receive your package and USPS posts on the tracking website that the package has been delivered, YOU will have to follow up with your local mail carrier as to the whereabouts of your package. I want my creations to end up safely in your hands, but trying to track down what happened to your package by phone is not ideal and you would probably have better luck talking in person to individuals at your local post office. I will do my best to help you, but once the post office signs off that the package has been delivered, the situation is really out of my control.

Unfortunately, I cannot insure or confirm delivery for items delivered internationally; therefore, I am not responsible for any international packages lost by USPS.
