We always try to describe the condition of our items as accurately as possible! Please keep in mind that these are vintage items, and will all, to some effect, have minor wear. If you have any questions regarding specific details of an item you are looking to purchase, contact us! We are happy to take additional pictures and answer any questions you may have.

If you feel we have misrepresented the item you have purchased, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, and we'll work something out.

In order to ensure a refund, the item must be shipped back to us promptly and in the exacted condition it was shipped in. We will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of shipping in either direction!

We accept Etsy Direct Pay, including Paypal. Please contact me if you would like to make other arrangements.

Please ensure your payment is made (or arranged with us!) within 24 hours of your purchase, or the transaction will be cancelled and the item relisted.

We ship to the address provided to us by Etsy. Please ensure this is the correct address!

We do our best to ship orders promptly. All purchases will ship within 2 business days of the receipt of payment. Please contact us if it is imperative that the package ships sooner. We try to charge you as close as possible to the actual shipping rate! If we have overcharged you by more than $2.00, we will refund the difference.

We ship via Canada Post. Unfortunately, for buyers in the US, this means that any parcel weighing over 1kg has to be shipped via Expedited mail, making the cost much higher. We're sorry! But look on the bright side - you're package will make it's way to you swiftly, and it automatically includes shipping insurance.

We will combine shipping! It's hard to estimate what your reduced shipping may be if you purchase more than one item, due to the unique nature of everything in the shop - so please remember that we will refund any overpayments in shipping! We always try to be as economical as possible.
