All sales are final. However I want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can discuss a solution.

In the event of damage during shipping SAVE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING and contact me ASAP.

I accept Paypal. PayPal is a simple method to pay for items purchased and is very secure. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay through PayPal.
Shipping
Stained glass pieces and stepping stones are heavy items. Which means shipping cost may seem higher than other etsy stores. I take great care in packing the artwork to arrive safely to your hands. My items are sent within 48 hours by UPS, I will email you with the tracking number after your purchase.

If an item is damaged in the shipping process, please contact me as soon as possible.
Make sure to save all original packaging and a claim needs to be filed for proof that the item was securely packed.

Custom orders are always welcomed. Please contact me so that we can discuss details of your project. I will let you know the estimate of time needed for completion.

I require 50% payment before I begin the project. If you would like to see pictures of past custom orders please contact me.
