Announcement   Delight in your find...take it home...remember...breathe life back into it...and make it yours again........Here, many have come to salvage, repurpose, recycle with their own long lost treasures....back from a time more innocent...when a day was a really really long time...when showing off your 4-leafed clover was the highlight of the day...when Daddy came home from work....and when your Mom let you eat the raw pie crust she had left over...

This shop is FULL of odd things, beautiful things, strange things, old things and useful things. If you lost something in the past, perhaps it is here! If you are buying for someone else, what you buy here, are one of a kind items, from estates, barn cleanouts and even yard sales, Welcome to Grampa's Attic....

I believe as a buyer, it is important to read what is written about the items you are looking at. Many have a story within the story, some have valuable information about the item and some of it is just plain funny. Try to take the time to read the information about the items, they may answer questions that you may have.

Please CONVO me with your questions, and by all means, have fun shopping, know that I have a ton more stuff but haven't found the time to list them yet! And yes, I do dicker now and then.

These earrings are very good quality for a great price!!!! I wished the post was a little higher up on the snowman, like by the head so they hang down a little. But that's just nit picking.

Giving life back to those long forgotten treasures we have put away. Restoring the old into new creations, adding new discoveries from the past to our current, creative passions. Repurposing or upcycling, call it what you will. It's yours now, breathe life back into it and give it a reason for being.

Shipping
IT IS HELPFUL IF THE BUYER PUTS IN THE ZIP CODE, CITY, STATE AND COUNTRY IN THEIR PROFILES TO EXPEDITE PREDETERMINATION OF THE SHIPPING COSTS!
THANKS FOR DOING THAT! That saves me from having to ask you.

Shipping is expensive. Not much more I can say. I guesstimate for the sake of the listing but when it comes down to the purchase and the real cost of shipping to YOUR location, it may cost more. If so, I will contact you and tell you how much more and if you still want the item and if you do, I will create an invoice via Paypal or a listing just for the excess shipping costs for you to purchase. Once that has been taken care of, the item will ship. If the item ships for excessively less than my guesstimate, you will get it partially refunded back to you. I go USPS only, it's the cheapest way or you may come to me and pick it up.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds

Grampa's Attic takes NO REFUNDS due to the nature of the items sold PERIOD. If there is any flaws, there will be pictures of them in the listing so you do not get any surprises.

Proper procedures for items BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL.....
should the unthinkable happen such as a very well packed glass item break on it's way to you. The proper procedure to handle this is to put EVERYTHING, the item, the stuffing, every scrap and ounce of material back into the box and asap bring it back to the Post Office who delivered it to your door.
This is the responsibility of the buyer, NOT the seller. After all, you ARE buying someone else's unwanted items and that is why my logo reads like it does. There is absolutely NOTHING that I can help you with about this incident.
