This girl went above and beyond. Wanted a Harry potter themed journal for a Xmas present and requested this around the 15th of December 🤦‍♂️. To my surprise this arrived on Xmas eve ready to be wrapped and placed under the tree. Communication was continuous getting all information she needed to make it the best for my wife. Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

After much searching and not finding anything I wanted to use as a mood tracker in my journal, I contacted Grandezza as I had bought from her before and been throughly over the moon, to see if she could possibly design something for me.

She discussed my ideas with me, designed 3 different options based on my ideas and even turned them into stickers for me as I don’t have access to a printer! When they arrived, I was blown away. They were just exceptional and all my friends jealously agreed.

She went above and beyond at every turn and I couldn’t have asked for more or dreamt them looking any better than they did. To be honest, they surpassed my expectations as I wasn’t sure she would even understand my rambling attempts to explain what I wanted, but somehow she did. Thank you Grandezza. You rock!!

Omg! I adore this!! The bookmark itself is sturdy and such good quality, I am not afraid to handle it like some others. Usually I am afraid I will accidentally bend it, but not with this.

The quote and personalisation look so pretty and professional! I love love love the shade of the tassel and the tassel makes it easy to find where you left off in a book. Beyond a doubt my new favourite bookmark!!
