Payment
I accept payment through Paypal (preferred method). Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.

If you use Google Checkout, just select the "other" option when you check out and let me know in the Notes to Seller that you'd like me to send you an invoice. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.

I will accept money orders (preferably Postal Money Orders), as well as paypal and Google Checkout, with the following stipulations.
1. Convo me once you have chosen money order as payment method so that I can send you an invoice.
2. The money order must be mailed within 3 days of purchase.
3. When the money order is sent, you must get a tracking code for the letter. This tracking code must be convo'd to me within the 3 day period.
4. Any deviance from this method will cause me to relist my item, send a message to the Etsy Administrators and give you negative feedback.

Please note that sales in Texas are subject to 6.25% sales tax (not including shipping).


CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 10% restocking fee for orders under $100.00, and a 20% handling - restocking fee on orders over $100.00. (I took the time to make your order, package it, and take it to the Post Office, in addition to the processing fees for the website shopping cart (PayPal), etc. which I incur when processing an order. I am sorry you changed your mind, but I did take the time to process your order and need to be compensated for at least a small portion of my time.)
Shipping
I will combine shipping between GrandmaMarilyns and GrandmaMarilynsToo shops.

Domestic Shipping Costs: Shipping in the USA is via USPS First Class Mail and includes insurance.

International Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, shipping internationally is made complicated by the variety of prices imposed by both the Post Office as well as other shippers. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, if applicable.

I charge $6 for Canada, $7 for Mexico, and $8 for everywhere else. This is high, BUT I do refund any excess in actual shipping and packaging costs when I return from the post office. The high initial charge allows me to offer international shipping without figuring out the rates for each country. Thank you for your understanding!
Refunds and Exchanges
No cash refunds.

You may exchange your item or you may have a gift certificate (credit) for a later time. I accept returns if the quality is not what was expected or if the item is not as described. I stand by my product and am confident that you will be happy with your purchase.

1. I must receive an email letting me know there is a problem.

2. The item must be in original condition as stated in the description.

3. Shipping charges are not refundable.

4. Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured.

5. You MUST return your item packaged securely. I will not accept back products that are totally bent, twisted, and ruined because of inadequate packaging.
