I am GrannyJack and my Etsy shop is filled with warmth and love. Life can get so busy. Wear handmade and remind yourself, and your family, of all that is good in life.

My studio is a peaceful, creative space where I get to escape from the noise and demands of day to day life. Here I dream up ideas and spend hours spreading out fabrics in search of pleasing combinations of pattern and colour. I draw designs, make patterns and sew & knit prototypes. These are then test driven by members of my family. They give their feedback and I make improvements.
Many of these items then get snaffled by my adult children and my grandchildren. But I manage to hide some away, take photos and list them on my Etsy shop.

I also receive messages from people asking if I can make them custom orders. It gives me a lot of joy to hear back from those who are enjoying items I made just for them.

Returns and exchange details
GrannyJack is happy to give a refund if the purchase is returned in new, unused condition in the original packaging, and is shipped back within 7 business days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original sale price will be refunded, less the original shipping charges. Please contact me if you have any questions about your purchase. I will do everything I can so that you are happy with your purchase.
Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned.

I use regular Australia Post for posting within Australia and Air Mail for delivery outside of Australia.

Care instructions:
Cotton items are very happy to be machine washed and dried on medium settings.
Wool needs to be hand washed and dried lying flat.

Care instructions

Hand knitted wool clothes are quite easy to wash, when you know how. You can soak overnight in cold water with a little detergent. Or gently wash by hand. Gently squeeze dry and lay flat to dry.
Yes it is more work but it is well worth it to wear a natural fibre that is super warm.
