As I've tackled other issues these past months, I've thought much about fall fashions. I still love the rich blues and pink coral is a favorite this year as well and should be great for fall. Stay tuned.

Granny loving playing with beads.

I wanted a place to sell my jewelry and also to be able to meet others who were into it for a longer time from whom I could learn. I've made some really good friends here. People are friendly and like to help.

I enjoy selling what I love, donating to charities for raffles, and giving to friends and family as gifts or "just because." I recently moved so I'm very busy organizing my work space. I'll take pictures when its "suitable."

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I will offer payment through Paypal only. When a purchase is made, I expect that you will complete the transaction. If you by oversight do not complete the sale, I will remind you. That's no problem. However, if I remind you and you don't respond to my emails and convos within 48 hours, I will be forced to cancel the transaction and give negative feedback.

I also expect my customers to contact me before giving me negative or neutral feedback. If there is something wrong with the item you purchased, I will consider and usually will give you a full refund and you can also keep the item you bought if you choose.

Also, I sometimes miss the buyer comments on the back since, so PLEASE Convo or email me with any special requests, issues with payment or any errors, etc.

I do not like to EVER give negative feedback. I will try to work with anyone under extenuating circumstances. Just let me know by contacting me by convo or email.
Shipping
I ship only once or twice a week. If you need something in a hurry, please tell me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

I will ship your package First Class with the package marked "Fragile."

If you need something sent Priority look for the listing with the little girl in a Minnie Mouse costume. I also recycle packaging materials to save on those costs. I do not do fancy packaging - to save costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with a piece of jewelry because its damaged or something broke because of workmanship, or you just don't like it, I will give you a full refund. If you prefer to return the unwanted item for an exchange or refund, we can do that but you will have to pay the shipping charges incurred.

I cannot always offer replacement of lost items unless you have requested your purchase insured. This is totally up to my discretion unless you request specific shipping options to begin with.

I always prefer happy customers, so if there is a problem I'm sure we can work it out.
Additional policies and FAQs
Regarding "Reserved Items" -- please advise me how long you wish me to reserve your item. If you do not, I will only reserve it for as long as I feel it advantageous as it could be a possible sale to someone else. But at best, if you ask me to put a reserve on an item and you do not specify a time, I will reserve it for 1 week. I will not guarantee any reserve that isn't specified and agreed to by both of us.

I will be happy to do custom orders when it is within the realm of my ability and I have the materials to do so.
