Shipping
We ship most items within 1-3days of receiving notification of payment.
So if you want to change the address or want to give us correction, please give us right after you purchase the item so we can follow your instruction :)

Orders are shipped Priority or Parcel Post via USPS to destinations in the United States (We will provide tracking # ), and first-class international outside the US ( There is no tracking # or insurance service. If you want tracking # we need to upgrade shipping way to priority). Shipping fees are noted on individual listings. If would like to purchase insurance, require delivery confirmation or tracking # for internatioanl customer , please contact me for details on additional charges.

Your order will ship to the address assigned to your Etsy or PayPal account.

Customs & Duties:
Due on delivery & paid by customer. Your order total will not include duties or taxes.

Get It Fast:
If you want fast shipping way with insured please convo me for an invoice.

Once the package is in the hands of the USPS or UPS, they are 100% responsible for safe delivery to you. We are not responsible for "missing" packages that have been delivered per USPS Delivery Confirmation status or UPS tracking status. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured.
Refunds and Exchanges
I only accept the return if our goof (wrong item etc.)
but we want you to be a satisfied Etsy shopper. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please convo us

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on returnable items. All returned items should be shipped to us with a tracking or delivery confirmation number so that you and I have a record of the return shipment.

IMPORTANT: UPS/USPS does not reimburse for non-insured items (Delivery Confirmation is not insurance). If an _insured_ item arrives damaged, or it it does not arrive, please convo us so that we can initiate a claim.
