Thank you for taking the time to look at my store. Each item you see is either one-of-a-kind or limited edition handmade to the highest standards using quality materials, findings and beads.

My philosophy is, High Quality Jewelry at Affordable Prices.

Payment is to be made at the time of purchase via Paypal.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase.

Items ship from the UK within 3 business days and will be securely wrapped in a smart gift box and bubble mailer.

Shipping and ESTIMATED delivery times:

► UK - Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery (1 - 3 business days)
► International - standard airmail (7 - 15 business days)
► Europe - airmail (4 - 10 business days)
► Rest of world - airmail (7 - 18 business days)

The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependant on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 25 business days.

Please remember that these times are estimates and unless you have opted for Priority Mail I cannot give you any information as to where your parcel is or how long it will be.


The shipping charge is $4.80 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. All items are individually gift boxed. The standard shipping charge does not include tracking but you can upgrade to Priority Mail if you would like this service at an additional cost of $7.00 - please contact me to arrange this.

Buyers will be responsible for any import duties that their country may apply to their goods.


If you are concerned about your order please contact me. Occasionally delays can occur which may mean that your item takes a little longer to reach you. Mail is not
considered lost until 25 business days have passed. Please be patient if your item has not arrived within the 'estimated' time frame.

If your item has been lost I will send a replacement but please bear in mind that I cannot do this until 25 business days have passed.
Refunds and Exchanges
I always like to ensure my customers are absolutely delighted with their items. Refunds will be issued if you are not happy with your purchase, minus any shipping costs. I am unable to give refunds on custom orders.

Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item if you are not completely satisfied.

I accept full responsibility for the delivery of your purchase(s) so if you have a missing item please contact me before filing a Paypal claim so that I can be given the chance to replace or refund. Please refer to LOST PACKAGES above.

I hope that you will be happy with your purchase however should you decide that it is not suitable please contact me within 48 hours to discuss. I will offer either a refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange upon receipt of the returned (unworn) item, BUT please contact me first for instructions on customs form requirements.

I cannot issue refunds for items that have been worn unless they are faulty. I cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

You must ensure that you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/ delivery confirmation if returning a package as I am not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to me.

Items must be returned unworn and in its original gift box.
