Return Policy - Shipping Costs
While we accept returns, the shipping cost won't be refunded to our buyers. Also, buyers are responsible to pay for return labels.
Delivery Time
We ship to Canada via Canada Post or UPS.
For shipping to US we use Canada Post or Chit Chats for lighter items and UPS for heavier items. Chit Chats uses USPS for delivering packaged which is very faster.
If you need you item even faster, we can ship it via Express Post. Contact us before ordering.
Buying Local
If you are located in Calgary, you are very welcome to pick up your order. Contact us for more details. Use CALGAYRPICKUP code at checkout.
European Countries
Customs duty fee should be paid by the customer at the destination. We don't know each individual country regulations and duty costs.
