About

We are your one-stop shop for completely customizable sunglasses for all events!

This business flourishes on the thought that providing extra smiles to customers helps each of them shine a little brighter. I’m Sarah, and that’s what I do.
One thing that people always point out to me is that I always have a smile on my face. Smiling is contagious. It spreads like wild fire, develops into laughter, and can sometimes turn someone’s bad day into a great day.
Since I opened The Green Bridal Boutique, my smiles and my inspiration come from my son, Anderson (aka Andypants). He encourages me, he makes me laugh, and has even given me some great ideas for new products…he’s very crafty.
I have a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants drive and a solid belief in myself that I am just crazy enough to succeed. I love doing what I do. I love my customers. And I smile from ear to ear whenever I think about where this journey has taken me.

Welcome to my shop! Through the years, this shop has progressed into a fully customizable sunglass shop, with a few other items thrown in here and there.
The options for these sunglasses are pretty much endless. I love when customers get creative, so please don't hesitate to ask me something you think can't be done. I love a challenge!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
Due to the fact that almost all sunnies are personalized with dates and names, absolutely no returns or exchanges unless it is my fault that your order did not arrive on time or was incorrect.
If you do receive your item in the time specified, and you do want to return it, IF I can strip the sunglasses and reuse them, there will be a 20% restocking fee (from amount of listing price) for the time it takes to strip the sunglasses. If they are able to be reused you will be reimbursed 80% of your listing purchase price.
If you choose to send them back, and they cannot be reused (sometimes the paint leaves an imprint on the arms), I cannot reimburse your listing price at all.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, Paypal, personal check (I will not process an order until the check is received and has cleared the bank for 5 days), money orders, and Etsy gift cards.
I will not ship your item until payment is received. If your item has a shipment date of a few days, yet I still have not received payment, I will wait until it is received.
If you would like to cancel an order, you must do so within forty-eight hours. If your item has a shipment time of one to two days, and I have already shipped it before you cancel it, then you will be in charge of the return fees.
If the item is personalized, then I cannot refund the money. Once the item is returned, I will refund your money (if it is not a personalized item).
Shipping
All personalized items are made-to-order, thus crafting time varies. With that being said, PLEASE order at LEAST 4 weeks in advance to your ship out date especially if you have a large order, if you are ordering glitter front sunglasses and especially if you are not in the United States.
If you need something done quickly as your event is fast approaching and would like me to squeeze you into my books, RUSH shipping charges will apply but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact me ASAP to determine if your order can be completed in a timely manner. (Wedding season keeps me BUSY).
Purchases are sent via USPS mail through First Class or Priority mail, a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as possible. Shipping varies from 2-5 days.
Once the package has left my hands and is at the post office, I am no longer responsible for the package. If no additional insurance was purchased I am not liable for any packages that are lost or determined delivered but are not found. (This rarely happens).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you are not a domestic shipment, PLEASE PLEASE contact me to make me aware of this so that we can ensure the order can be done. I will not know where the order is going until the ship out day and therefore packages can be late.

Please be aware that when ordering internationally, orders typically take about 2 weeks to be delivered but it's possible for orders to take 30+ days to reach you. This longer wait is usually due to customs and is completely out of my control.
Canada is an average of 6-10 days but can be up to two weeks.

We ship all international orders via USPS First Class International Mail. This service includes a tracking number that I can trace up until the package leaves the United States. After that it is up to the customer to check with their country's mail system.

If a package is marked as 'delivered' and you have not received your package, you will have to take it up with your postal system. Usually it takes a package a few days to show up if it is marked as delivered. Sometimes they forget to drop it, or they drop it a neighbor's house. But if it doesn't show up, you will have to take the refund up with the postal system. If I have done everything right from start to finish on my end, I cannot be held responsible for making another order in full, free of charge.

Please be advised that we are NOT responsible for any customs fees that your country charges you to receive your package. This is out of our control and is not related to the USPS shipping or the US Postal Service. However, we do the best we can to get the lowest shipping prices possible.
Please note that your order MUST be shipped to the address on your Etsy receipt. If you need your order shipped to another address please change the address BEFORE completing checkout.
If you need to return an order that is not customized, you can send it back and I will refund the amount of the order minus the shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
ORDERING:
When ordering, please be specific to the items you would like to purchase. If ordering more than one color, please be sure to specify for each color which personalization you would like. Be clear and separate by lines.
Example:
Purple- R side: Kari L side: 8/15/14 Glitter Front, gold cursive font
orange- R side: Larry L side: 8/15/14 black cursive font
Let me know which font as well as font color. Additional charges may apply depending on the personalization details and font/font color chosen as some take much more time than others (for example, the white font on orange glasses requires more coats of paint and therefore longer to complete, same with certain fonts).
Please be sure to double check spelling, punctuation, and capitalization of each personalization detail. I get a lot of random (and interesting) requests and don’t question them.

Please be aware that all purchases are handmade with care. The paint on the sunglasses is waterproof, BUT some (not all) sunscreens and bug sprays can smudge, smear, or completely ruin the paint. Use caution when applying such products.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or something is incorrect, it will be corrected in a timely manner. Please be sure to contact me VIA Etsy to ensure I receive your message. However, due to a high volume of emails and production each day, it can take up to 24 hours for you to receive a response.
I do my best to get all orders out correctly and in a timely manner. I want your order to be perfect, but I am human so bear with me  I hope you enjoy your purchase!!!

CUSTOM ORDES:
I type everything up for your custom order through our email correspondences. Sometimes, a letter is accidentally added or I spell a name wrong. It is human error and does happen. This is why I ask that you double check the custom listing before you purchase. If you purchase a custom listing without double-checking it, and a name is spelled wrong, I cannot be held responsible for the shipping to fix the mistake as this is what I go off of when making an order. It is a custom order. Please take the time to care enough to check it to ensure it is correct
