Custom Signs require communication!
•Our signs are CNC Machine engraved/carved. Many of our signs have hand painted elements to them!
•No decals, glued on images, no vinyl applications, transferred images, or stickers used. We don't print images or logos to stick or glue on our PVC sign material.

FAQ: What is a PVC sign? PVC Signs are made from the same material as household plumbing pipes. Our standard PVC sign thickness is ¾ inch. A very solid sign material.

Do we provide mounting posts?
We are the sign creators only. Many of our signs are staged with posts, and hanging brackets. However, they are for staging purposes only. We don't sell them.
Are PVC Board signs suitable for outdoor display?
Yes, our PVC Board signs are intended for outdoor display! They are created with the same material as modern plumbing, but much thicker.
Can you tell me how much International shipping is ?
We can do International Shipping. Please inquire for the process.

What should I do if my sign arrived damaged?
Your sign's condition is well documented with many picture angles before it ships.
All items shipped by us are packaged securely & insured for their full purchase value with tracking information. Once the carrier service takes possession of the item, we aren't responsible for damage incurred in transit, during or after delivery. We aren't
responsible for lost or stolen items. No refund for damaged items, damage during delivery or lost items.
• It is the customer's responsibility to file an insurance claim for their damaged or lost item.
*SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING/PACKING MATERIALS
When filing a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, etc. the damaged article, container, packaging, and any other items received must be presented for inspection
Should I hang my sign with chains?
We recommend that you hang your sign directly from the bracket arm or post using a locking biner or large locking clip. Chains promote swinging of the sign, which can result in problems.
Can I drill holes through my PVC sign?
Yes. Always pre-drill the screw holes. Use screws only. Never use nails.
Should you apply anything to your sign to protect it?
No. Your sign arrives with our clear coating and nothing should be applied or added to your sign. Do not spray cleaners of any kind on your sign. For future occasional cleaning use a soft cloth, rinse with water. Do not power or pressure wash your sign.
