We take Check, Money Order, and Paypal. With Checks and Money Orders we will ship your item as soon as the payment is received and clears. If you want it faster paypal clears immediately and thus your items will ship within one to two business days unless otherwise noted in the post. Paypal takes any major credit card so there is no need to set up an account.

At Green Couch we are very aware of the environment and seek to care for our world as best we can. We package with completely recyclable materials. We attempt to reuse boxes when possible and we recommend recycling or composting the packing materials if you don't reuse them. We ship in simple shredded recyclable news print and reused boxes, with paper ribbon. Finally if you notice ways that we can do better in caring for our world please let us know.

Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges for damage or incomplete items, but our hope is that you will start a conversation with us voicing your concerns or complaints so that we might work with you to repair our relationship. On all of our items we will refund (minus shipping) or exchange for damaged items or if you are just not happy with your item return it and we will refund the money. Please return item in original package and with invoice. We ultimately want you to be happy and love your items as much as we loved making them. So please contact us if there is any concern or issue with your purchase.
