Welcome to Green Honeyhive and our little family of three,

We will do our best to try and cover everything you would need to know in order to make your shopping in our store as lovely and easy as possible. That being said if you do not find the information you need here or have a question that has not been addresssed by these policies on this page please feel free to convo us at any time with questions you may have.

Here are some beginning items,

All of our items are handmade and do reflect that handmade and one of a kind styling, If items are marked OOAK that means you are getting a one of a kind, however this does not mean on some items that we will never produce that color or style again, just that something on it will NOT be the same..An example would be a flower pin may have the same colors and size and look but the leaves would be shaped differently and the beading would never be the same color as any other of the same size and color we have sold before.....


If an item in our store is marked OOAK and states in the title or description that it is OOAK ORIGINAL you will not ever find another one of the same materials, style and size ever


We will always send care instructions for each wearable item .....That being said we always recommend cold water wash , gentle cycle and some by hand (that will also be stated on the item description..

Custom item inquiries are welcome, however it is on a first come first served basis and must fit within our custom order schedule(sometimes that schedule can be book as far as 4 months out, sometimes not. This depends on many factors including local sales, time of year, health and other factors)but when we say we will book something it gets done on time.

Returns and exchanges
We aim to please. We try our best to make quality products and provide good and detailed desriptions of items. We therefore can only do refunds or exchanges if an item is not as described, or has some sort of damage from shipment due to our fault(not packaged correctly etc.) or arrives in unacceptable condition. If this occurs we should be notified within one day of receiving your shipment. Clothing purchases should be carefully considered as we will not exchange or refund unless the description measurements are not accurate to the garment. Please take care to make sure of your measurements before purchase. Due to the one of a kind naturee of many of our items, if any items should need replacement, please be aware that it might not be replaceable with an exact same item. We will do our best to resolve all problems in a timely and reasonable manner. Any items return or exchange is at our discrection (believe me we are reasonable people and have been in business many many years)... Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are non-refundable.

On international orders if shipping is more than $1.00 over the charged amount on billing, we reserve the right to charge the additional shipping or cancel the sale if additional shipping charges are refused to be paid by customer. We only charge actual shipping but with Buy It now pricing invoices we try our best to give correct pricing, But we are human and can make mistakes. We feel our products are priced reasonably and we should not have to swallow huge shipping cost differences. As always you may convo for a custom order any purchase to get a custom invoice with your correct postage.
Shipping
Clothing and small items are shipped USPS Priority mail boxes, flat or padded envelope, which ever method is least expensive, unless you convo me first and arrange to have shipped by other service such as UPS. Insurance is not included and needs to be requested if needed on shipping. This being said, if insurance is not purchased we cannot "guarantee" delivery if your purchase should not arrive to you. We only "guarantee" proof of shipping....We have never had a problem in the past but one never knows.

We can gift wrap items upon request. This is done as a service to our customers at no charge, however it must be requested of us before purchase so that we can determine whether or not shipping charges need to be changed on items to reflect the size of box used for wrapping. Since wrapping is a free service to our customers, We can only wrap with paper and items currently available to us. You must convo us to discuss which type and look of packaging we can arrange within what we have available...We reserve the right not to gift wrap if it becomes unworkable for us or the customer cannot be satisfied with the selection available. Gift wrapping is available on purchases shipped outside the United States, however do not ask us to mark shipments as gifts, since that is illegal and we will not circumvent international shipping laws. Gift wrapping is not available on furniture and large item purchases. Our apologies on this one.
We are happy to ship to a gift recipient’s address. Please note the order is a gift under “Message to Seller” during the Etsy checkout process. This will prevent us from including a packing slip with the order total.


If you purchase more than one item please know we will work with you to reduce the shipping charge down as low as possible and that we always only charge actual shipping charges. If there is ever additional funds left after payment of shpping charges it will be refunded to you if over $1.00..Always. In other words.......if you purchase more than one item your shipping will cost less than what shows up in your shipping cart if mailed to the same address and is not gift items sent to different adresses. You can wait for an invoice with the revised shipping amount or you can pay and we will refund the difference right away. It is up to you to choose.Of course you can convo us at any time.

All International purchases are sent USPS Priority Mail
International, flat or padded envelope First class USPS whichever is cheapest.
International purchases, please convo us so we can work out exact shipping charges and any other shipping requirements

CANADIAN/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Many items include a flat shipping rate for international shipping (the “everywhere else” shipping charge). International shipping is offered via USPS Priority Mail International. Due to package size restrictions, international shipping is not listed for all items. In addition, some countries have different size restrictions and thereby international shipping may or may not be an option even if it is listed for a particular item in our Etsy shop. If you have purchased an item and international shipment is not possible via USPS Priority Mail International, we will e-mail you with two options: shipment with a different carrier (with quote) or a full order refund.

For those items listing “International Shipment available upon special request”, please contact us for a shipping quote. These items will require shipment via a carrier other than USPS.

If the actual international shipping charges are ever less than the flat rate “everywhere else” fee, the buyer will be reimbursed, via PayPal, within 24 hours of delivering the item to the carrier for shipment.

Please note that customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties that may be incurred at the time of delivery are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer. As part of this responsibility, please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to mark shipments as “gifts” to avoid custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or other duties. We will not make exceptions on this one so do not ask.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We’re happy to offer expedited shipping whenever possible If your order is contingent on expedited shipping, please call 801-359-4523(most times we are available however leave a message with clear phone number if not) to confirm our ability to do expedited shipping prior to placing the order. We are happy to prepare an expedited shipping quote to assist you with your ordering decision.

If you’ve already placed an order and wish to inquire about expedited shipping options, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order. Expedited shipping will be invoiced separately.

WE CANNOT DO EXPEDITED SHIPPING ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We mail within 48 hours and many times with 24hours of recieving payment or your money order clearing. We do not mail on Sundays or U.S. Holidays

NOW ON FURNITURE SHIPPING:

We use Greyhound Package Express to deliver to your city. You arrange pick up from the nearest Greyhound station. Door to door delivery is available for an additional fee (usually around $25-$50). our pricing is for the actual item plus shipping fees unless stated in the description of the item.....Items too large for shipment by Greyhound must be shipped by one of several overground shipping companies.You must convo us before purchase so we can figure shipping charges to your area. As always we only charge actual shipping. We do not ship furniture International. U.S. sales only. Furniture shipments ship as per arrangement between both parties.

We have a very talented family here between the three of us we can sew anything, make custom furniture from recycled and reclaimed items, crochet, cook, paint, weave, quilt, origami, pattern making and many more things.
