How we started
Green + Lovely launched in 2012 with the formulation of our signature Better-than-Butter Belly Oil. Since, our product line has expanded to include the best selling Nature's Herbal Calendula Salve, lotions, lip balms, lip tints, baby soaps, diaper creams, and more.

Our Promise
Green + Lovely products will always be free of parabens, petroleum and petroleum based ingredients, formaldehyde, phthalates, sulfates, phosphates, chlorine, sulfur, mineral oil, chemical brighteners, chemical emulsifiers, petroleum, artificial fragrances, lab created chemicals, gluten, dyes, and artificial preservatives. Our focus is on affordable, healthy, natural and organic, luxurious handcrafted baby and beauty products. Our products will never be tested on animals and we will never sell anything that we have a reaction to and wouldn't use in our own household. Think of our products like the clean eating philosophy, but for your skin.

Background
My name is Samantha and I have a background in product Research & Development from nationwide restaurant chains. I received my degree in Nutrition & Food Science. I opened Green + Lovely to extend my knack of creating products. I personally have extremely sensitive skin and have reactions to almost every bath and beauty product commercially. I began creating products out of necessity to avoid getting rashes from artificial preservatives and excess ingredient fillers added in products to reduce cost and quality. I use only the purest ingredients and stay as close to nature as possible. All of our products are made for skin sensitive individuals, most are vegan, and made with natural, USDA certified organic, and food grade ingredients. My products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. I avoid the use of petrochemical fragrances and all of our products are scented and flavored with plant-based essential oils or certified organic natural fragrance oils (no chemicals).

Our Mission
We give back! We believe every child needs a loving home and unfortunately, the adoption industry is a costly venture. Green + Lovely will donate a percentage of sales go towards funding domestic adoptions.
