Shop policies
Custom Orders or Alchemy Feature
Have an idea you'd like to see on fabric? Well, I can help you. If you see an item you like, but it's along the same style as what you want you can design your own art to wear. I never make the same item twice. I will not duplicate any item exactly. Once we collaborate on a design that you want, half of the cost is due immediately and the remainder once the item is ready for shipping. This is to protect my business (so if someone decides after I make the item they no longer are intent on purchasing the item). I will need approximately one to three weeks to complete a custom order (most are done in a short amount of time.) All measurements need to be sent via etsy message or email.
Measurements are not factored into cost. A Wedding dress WILL take longer than other orders. I also have the right to refuse a custom order.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
The buyer is responsible for shipping unless the item is defective. Returns will be in the form of credit for other items on this site with the exception of defective merchandise.
If the item is worn or washed, I can no longer except the item if it has a defect.

Green Mountain Threads will not be held responsible for items after they have been shipped. International orders will have additional shipping charges which will be determined on an individual basis. Please email me with any questions and for details on ordering internationally.

and to clear up any confusion one might have. Email me with any questions and I reply as best I can in a timely manner.
