    Welcome to Misha Moore Mosaics, I'm so glad that you're here. Grab a glass of lemonade and take your time enjoying all of the items available and even those that have previously sold. If you see something that you like please let me know and I will try to recreate them for you. I have a strong desire to create fun items with lots of color and life.     Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    I'm sorry but I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged in shipping-please let me know and I will collect the insurance and refund your payment.
    Payment
    I will be happy to take a check if you are willing to wait for your check to be received by me and cleared before I send your merchandise. Thanks for understanding. Money orders are accepted as well.
    Shipping
    Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS. I try to ship the day after the order has been paid. Of course, once in a while it may take a bit longer. If you would like expedited shipping or insurance I'll be happy to arrange this for you. You will be responsible for paying for these extra options. Convo me and I will arrange that. If shipping is less than the estimated shipping a refund will be issued for amounts in excess of $1.00. Amounts under $1.00 will not be refunded.
