Greta Oto Design | Custom Wooden Gifts and Handmade Products | We ❤ Making Things just for YOU!

Greta Oto Design is an Italian project that was born in 2014 through the collaboration between two craftmen and a graphic designer. Our idea was to lead people to see things from a different point of view, not just possessing objects but 'living' them. We decided to combine our knowledge and transform our passions into a full-time job. As a dream, in a short time our project was launched and we started selling our creations all over the world.

All our products are the result of the careful research for the right materials and their manufacturing. Everything in our shop is handmade, for this reason each piece is unique. Our ethical choice is to use only local and European woods, you can find the European Walnut and other local wood types available in our shop.

The satisfaction of our customers is always at the first place, for this reason we want to offer only high quality products and professional customer service.

Custom and personalized orders

It is possible to request the personalization for some of my items, just contact me through etsy message.

What shipping method should I choose?

There are two shipping methods in my shop: STANDARD SHIPPING (post office - priority registered mail) and EXPRESS DELIVERY (UPS express courier - Express Pack).

DELIVERY TIMES ARE:

- Post office (ESTIMATED):
12 business days > United States
18 business days > Canada
10 business days > Europe and United Kingdom
18 business days > All other countries

- UPS:
3 business days > United States
3 business days > Canada
2 business days > Europe and United Kingdom
5 business days > Australia

I live in USA, do I have to pay customs duties?

Usually United States customs duty and taxes are not charged if the total amount of your purchase is up to USD 800,00 anyway you can easily check with your customs office of your coutry.

How can I track my package?

You can click on the tracking number in your order to see where your package is in that moment.
For each order shipped I always add the tracking number to the shipping details.

Moreover, if you have chosen EXPRESS COURIER, you can easily track your package on www.ups.com
If you've chosen STANDARD SHIPMENT, it is possible to track your package directly on the web site of your country.
For example if you live in United States > www.usps.com
if you live in United Kingdom > www.royalmail.com
and so on.

The tracking number is always available?

Yes, the post office offers tracking information about my priority registered mail in any countries (US, Europe, Asia, Singapore,...) except for Australia, Canada and Ireland where it is always possible to see only the proof of departure and delivery.

With the express courier UPS the tracking number is available anywhere.

SHIPPINGS TO CANADA

Unfortunately Canada Post Office does not offer tracking information for international packages and letters.
You have the possibility to select the EXPRESS COURIER upgrade (that always offers tracking information about shippings to Canada) in your cart during checkout.
If you do not purchase it, your order will be sent as regular mail via Post Office (priority mail letter).
Please keep in mind that if you choose the Post Office (standard shipping) as shipping method, we won't be responsible for any lost or delay orders and, consequently, we cannot offer the refund because we have no way to check if an order arrived or not at destination.
