Welcome to the GreyAlice store!
Rin on Jun 3, 2015
I got this today and the pins themselves look great, but the envelope didn't seem very sturdy--it arrived badly bent and damaged and with a pretty big hole torn in the crease along the bottom. Honestly I'm amazed the pins didn't fall out. Also, the included postcard was cute, but it was all bent up and twisted from the damage to the envelope. Maybe shipping with a thicker envelope and a piece of cardboard to help keep it flat would work better? :Ta
How I Justified Putting a Cat in the Logo
My name is Grace, and I'm a professional cartoonist and illustrator. I started making prints and buttons for my first artist alley in 2007, and I haven't stopped since! Creating fun new products and packaging is a passion of mine, and with the Grey Alice store I want to make these works available to an audience beyond conventions.
Why Grey Alice, you ask? It's a truncation of my name! Grey was my nickname growing up, and I've shortened Allison to Alice to evoke Alice in Wonderland, which was one of my favorite books growing up and would give me an excuse to put a cat in my logo.
My store mainly carries gaming-related or fantasy art, all of which I have produced by hand, with my own industry-standard button maker, or by using professional printing and crafting services. I'm a big supporter of animal rescue, and any item featuring animals pledges a portion of the proceeds to rescue organizations and no-kill shelters!
If you have any questions about my art or available items, please do not hesitate to ask.

Items are shipped via USPS First Class. For U.S. citizens, this means you will have a tracking number and can expect your package 2-5 business days after shipping. If you need it faster, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
International shipping can take up to 4-6 weeks and do not come with tracking information. Please know your customs regulations before ordering; I will try to double check before shipping, but you will be responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred!
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer a replacement for any items broken during transit or if an item doesn't arrive. I ask that you confirm the former via photographs, and the latter can be determined with postal tracking.
Please remember that print products require careful handling! They can easily be damaged by excessive bending, a spilled drink, etc. I will not honor a refund due to something out of my control (aside from postal damage). Please take care of your things.
