Thank you for taking the time to browse around our shop! Each item is handmade just for you creating a unique, one of a kind piece to be treasured. Because of the handmade nature of our products please allow some variation from the pictures shown.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
My goal is customer satisfaction. I want you to be thrilled and love the purchase you made at my shop. If you are not happy with your purchase I want to know about it. Please contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.

* If you receive an item that is damaged or flawed you will need to contact me and send pictures of the item within 2 - 3 days after receiving your order. After I receive the pictures and can clearly see there is a defect, flaw or damage on our part, I will refund the amount I feel is necessary or I may request you send the item back for inspection before issuing any type of refund or exchange. You may also ask for a replacement. If a replacement is requested, the buyer must send the damaged item back within 5 days of receiving the item. The item returned, must be in the original condition, unaltered, unwashed, no smell of smoke from cigarettes, e-cigarettes or other tobacco products. There may be up to a 4 week wait for a new item to be shipped out. Buyer pays all shipping costs.

*I do not give exchanges or refunds due to customer errors such as wrong size ordered, customer misspelled the name or other personalization information, or you do not like the colors or fabrics you ordered or picked.

*I do not to give refunds due to colors being different than expected. All computer monitors display colors differently due to their settings. We recommend viewing your order on multiple sources to ensure you see that the product is the color you want.

*I do not give returns or exchanges once items have been washed, as we have no way of knowing how it was washed and what the item was washed in.

*Personalized items and custom orders are non refundable, and may not be sent in to be exchanged with another item, unless we have made an error on our part.

*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned or exchanged items.

We accept Etsy Direct Check-out, PayPal and Gift Cards.
Ohio residents pay 6.75% tax.
Shipping
*I have no control over how long it takes a package to arrive after it has been shipped.
*U.S. orders are shipping through USPS mail and may take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive.
*International orders are shipped USPS first class and may take 10-30 days to arrive.
