I bought a stein from this shop for a friend around a decade ago, and they've mentioned a few times how sad they are (years later!) that it was lost in a move. There were actual tears when I gifted them this replacement for Christmas. Truly quality glassware, beautiful etching. Additional kudos for excellent communication from the seller.
