Returns and exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important for me and I answer any questions or concerns as well as I can Refunds are considered on an individual basis.
If you are disappointed or unhappy with your item, please inform me within one week after receiving the item. If you prefer to return the item, it must be posted within one week. And be returned unused, in its original packaging.
I will refund you via Paypal, minus the cost of shipping. You will shoulder the cost of shipping the item back to me.
I NOT restored money for unclaimed or undelivered shipments.

You don't need a PayPal account to pay for this item. You can pay via your credit card! Please choose PayPal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click “Pay Now” button, system gives you the option to pay with your credit card!
I ship to the Etsy address.
Please do you NOT buy this product if you do not have 3 weeks from payment to the date of your event.
The items will be sent by ordinary mail without tracking number. If you want tracking number, please contact me to pay additional for this service.
I am not responsible for items held up in customs in your country. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred.
Please, note that I'm from Canary Islands, Spain, Europe and delivery can take 2-3 weeks.
