EVERYTHING in our shop is FREE of sugar, grains, gluten, GMOs, preservatives, artificial flavors, & colors, & baked fresh! It's all keto, low carb, Diabetic & Celiac friendly, & paleo depending on the form you follow. We also have vegan, egg free, and dairy free goodies!
Our goodies come heat sealed in packs of 2-8 so they stay fresh and can easily last even longer by storing the the fridge or freezer. They're conservatively good in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks or in the freezer for 4 months. The only exception is our Pumpkin Spice Muffins & Cookies which should be refrigerated upon arrival and enjoyed within 10 days.
Orders are baked fresh in Maryland and typically shipped using UPS Ground except P.O. box addresses ship USPS Priority. Expedited shipping is also available for purchase.
Gift wrap any box for just $2 & get curly ribbon wrapped around the box & a heavy card with your special message handwritten inside - not typed. Gift boxes will have additional ribbon inside. Select that the item is a gift at checkout, click the gift wrap option, & be sure to add your special message.

I've been keto or low carb for 7+ years and I've been a sweet tooth for as long as I can remember, so this is a big reason GuiltFree Goodies was born! With our healthy snacks you can say goodbye to sugar highs, sluggishness from carbs, allergy and intolerance issues from gluten, dairy, and eggs, & HELLO to totally GuiltFree Goodies that even fool non-dieters and picky eaters. We never use sugar - only clean and natural alternatives like stevia, monk fruit, and erythritol. Everything is free of GMOs and preservatives, baked fresh, sealed, and promptly shipped for your enjoyment!
Currently, our goodies are sold primarily online and wholesale to select stores and cafes.
