Most people are skeptical about the taste of decorated sugar cookies, but fear not, my cookies taste as good as they look. Made with quality ingredients, fresh to order and with lots of love, my baked treats have been described as being "exceptionally exciting."

Order cancellations must be made at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled ship date.
If an order must be delivered by a certain date, please note that transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Orders can be shipped with an expedited service through UPS, however, no delivery date is guaranteed by the shipping courier or myself if a package is delayed due to uncontrollable forces such as inclement weather.
If you need an exact number of cookies, please consider purchasing extras in case the package is mishandled by the shipping courier. Cookies are fragile by nature, but they are packaged with an abundant amount of packing materials, marked "fragile" and insured. If any cookies arrive broken there will be extras to spare and we can discuss the process of filing a damage claim.
Care after delivery:
Upon delivery, please be sure to take the cookies inside immediately. If the cookies are left outside, this includes inside a mailbox or vehicle, the heat will cause the cookies to sweat which will ruin the royal icing. Detailed instructions on how to store and/or freeze your cookies will be included.
Please inspect all cookies right away and let me know if any cookies arrived broken. I will need 1 or 2 pictures of the broken cookies to file a damage claim. Please hold on to all contents - meaning all packaging materials and even the broken cookies - as the shipping courier may ask for further proof of damage.
Local pick-up orders will initially be charged shipping. All customers from Marietta requesting product pick up can meet me at a pre-determined location by the Marietta Square. Should the customer not arrive at the specified and agreed upon time within 15 minutes the cookies will be taken to the post office. Shipping will not be refunded and Guilty Confections will not be responsible for late delivery. If the customer arrives within 15 minutes of appointment time, the shipping cost will immediately be refunded to the customer's original payment method.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are not issued on orders that are delivered late due to uncontrollable circumstances (lost in transit, inclement weather, no one present to sign for delivery, incorrect address provided by the customer, etc.), refused/returned packages, or orders that were not properly stored after delivery (please see care instructions above). Packages that are sent to a wrong/old address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
Refunds on broken cookies are only issued when USPS has approved a damage claim. Shipping charges will not be refunded. In case any cookies arrive broken, the customer will need to provide pictures of proof so that I may file a damage claim. Please retain all packing materials and broken cookies in case USPS wishes to further investigate the claim.

What size are your cookies?
My cookies are available in a variety of sizes. Be sure to check each listing's description for cookie measurements. Please note that the measurements of the cookies you receive might be a smidge smaller or larger -- it's in the nature of cookie dough and how the ingredients react when baking.
Do you tie ribbons or add gift tags to individual cookies?
Tying ribbons and/or adding gifts tags to individual cookies is not a service I offer at this time, however, all cookies will be wrapped in FDA approved bags that can be reused if you wish to add your own gift tags/ribbons. Some smaller cookies will be wrapped by pairs or three's, so if you need the cookies individually bagged let me know.
Do you offer wholesale pricing or discounted pricing on large orders?
Decorating cookies requires a great amount of time and effort, especially for large orders, so I am unable to offer any discounts on my cookies.
Do you make gluten-free cookies?
To offer a true gluten-free product I must use a completely different set of tools to make sure there is no cross contamination. With space limitations and a small budget I an unable to invest in everything that is required to offer gluten-free products.
Are your cookies made with nuts?
Each order is made in a kitchen that processes foods with eggs, all types of nuts, dairy, sesame and wheat products. If you have any questions about a particular ingredient please contact me.
My event is weeks away. When should I place my order?
Clients should place their orders right away to reserve a later ship date. My availability is limited and it is reserved on a first come first serve basis. Private conversations do not hold reservations.
Can I order less than 12 cookies?
The minimum order quantity is 12 cookies but customers may purchase any even/odd number of cookies after the minimum.
I'd like to save $ on shipping. Can I meet you in person?
