✅ DELIVERY AND CARE:
Upon delivery, please follow our care instructions below to ensure your bouquet and accessories remain in pristine condition. For corsages, boutonnieres, combs, and other items, proper care is essential to maintain their beauty.
"Care Instructions: Upon receiving your bouquet, remove it from the box and any covering paper it may have. Place the bouquet vertically in an empty vase (without water) to prevent it from falling. Store it in a dry environment free from humidity. You can also use it as a decorative piece before and after the wedding in your home.
For corsages, boutonnieres, combs, and other items, avoid storing them in closed boxes. Instead, place them in an open container to allow them to breathe. Ensure the storage area is dry and free from humidity to preserve their quality."
✅ RETURNS:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the items are returned to us in good condition, we'll process your refund accordingly. We appreciate your understanding of Etsy's return policy.

Care instructions
Please take your bouquet out of the box and put it vertically in an empty vase (no water) so that it would not fall. Please also keep it in a dry place which contains no humidity. You can also use it as a decoration before and after the wedding at your home for years :)
For corsages, boutonnieres, combs and etc...also do not keep them in a closed box, you can put them in an open box and so on… to let them breath. The place they are kept should also be a dry place which contains no humidity as well.
Shipment Process
We live in a small summer place; so we send your cargo to a professional cargo company in Istanbul. It takes “TWO WORKING DAYS” to arrive to Istanbul. And from ISTANBUL with the first available flight, it usually takes a WEEK time to be at target destination (USA) including customs procedures.
So from Istanbul the cargo leaves with AIR CARGO, usually FEDEX or TNT (But cargo company can be changed due to the availability). AIR CARGO also leaves due to the flight schedule and we will inform you the tracking number accordingly. When the shipper has your cargo, responsibility will be on shipper company.
Please consider the customs procedure may take more time and unfortunately it is not in our hands to make it quicker.
How much time do i need between my purchase and my wedding date for the goods to arrive on time?
We usually advise at least a month or 1,5 month time between your purchase and your wedding date.
In normal conditions within 2 weeks you can receive your cargo; but depending on the customs procedure which is not in our hands, it can take more time. For more details please check "Shipment Process" in "FAQ"
