Wood teethers never should be submerged in water but can be wiped with a warm cloth. Lay flat too dry.

Shipping is not included in the discount. All items will be shipped in a flat rate box. All items should be shipped to the same address.

Yes! all of my orders are sent via German Deutche post. All parcels will have a tracking number. Check my shipping notification email to obtain the tracking number and follow updates for your order.

Items that have been scanned by the local post office and are showing tracking info and updates are no longer our responsibility. Post office is responsible once items have been properly scanned and out of our shop. Customer is responsible for custom delays or claims due to lost packages.

If tracking updates are showing a shipping label but no updates. I ask for you to allow 30 business days before you contact me. I will then file a claim. On a purchase over $50 I will buy insurance on your package.

We are not responsible for stolen items marked as delivered. Or packages lost by the post office.
