I want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchases and will do what I can to rectify any situation. Refunds/Exchanges must be returned in same condition with original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for return postage and insurance.

Shipping
If I can use a USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate box I will use it. I like these because I can personally drop it off at the Post Office early in the morning. When I use this automated postal center, your package will be leaving the post office early. For the larger items I use UPS.
