Shop policies
*work at the same rate as other vendors who charge rush fees.
*an order from me wont get hung-up in customs.
*get too many orders? I close my shop to new orders to maintain excellent customer service. (I still take re-orders)
*charge low shipping/handling fees.
*use the most expensive ribbon I have found. (the cheap stuff really sucks)
*fast. I like the work out the door and put to use! Does no good on my desk!
How long for tags? Mostly it's up to you. If you send me all the details I ask for, I can make you one perfect proof within 48 hours, wait for your approval, warm up my big fancy printer and hit print. I'll package them right up, stick a stamp on em, and send em your way, all within 2-3 days! Then it's up to the usps!
ORrrrr, if you take a really long time responding to my emails, then it will take a really long time to get through the process, ya know? Check out my feedback, and see that peeps are happy about getting stuff quick. I LOVE being blown away by quick delivery times! and I plan for you to as well!

if I have printed your order, it cannot be canceled.
If the order is canceled per your request, I will refund all but $6 of the sale. Canceling a sale is surprisingly time consuming and involved, and it's quite likely i've already spent more than $6 worth of time putting your project together.
I am here to make people happy and to support handmade businesses, large and small, my own included! We can all benefit from this wildly fantastic Etsyworld we have all built together! Let's go!
Payment
e-checks usually take 4-5 business days to clear, and I can't start work until AFTER the payment goes through.
Shipping
YOUR ORDER WILL LEAVE MY STUDIO WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DESIGN CONFIRMATION (unless there's a non-mail holiday). The post usually delivers 2-3 days to the midwest, 3-4 days for either coast, and 7-10 days canada, UK and australia. I am located in the midwest, the center of the United States.
