5 out of 5 starsI bought this sweet bookmark to put in my Christmas stocking. (If I didn't, who would?) So I didn't open the box, just tucked it into the stocking on Christmas Eve. I was pretty excited when I opened it--it is adorable! And so well made. And there was a second, freestanding snail--what a surprise! I know they're hermaphroditic, but still a surprise! Perfect for the bookshelf. I will enjoy this bookmark as I slowly savor reading. Heck, I even ordered a poetry book that was shown in one of Gwynne's bookmark photos! Thank you so much for your artistry, informed by your deep connection to nature!

Hi I am Gwynstone owner and designer of Gwynstone Originals. I create gifts for you to give that people enjoy wearing and using. You will get a quality designed item from me. I just love handmade creations. I am a part time creator, I also am a science educator.
Do you love the ocean? How about animals? What about giving gifts that people are happily surprised since they have never seen before. I got into making jewelry by finding some ocean jasper stones and then having a friend help me learn how to make necklaces and earrings. Since I love animals I make as many animal themed items as I can.
My bookmarks are currently my favorite thing to make. But my magnifiers are the most popular.
I learned from this hobby that handmade gifts are appreciated by so many. I enjoy thinking my creations are going all over the world for people to wear, use, and enjoy.
