Do you have an issue?
1. Contact me by convo or contact the seller button.
(Purchases can not be returned without contacting me first). If we both agree that your item needs to be returned, follow below to make sure it will arrive undamaged.
2. All returns MUST be clearly photographed and photos must be sent to me PRIOR to returning your order.
3. Must be returned within 7 working days.
4. Must be in original condition that it was shipped to you. New, unused, not-worn and in the zip-bag that it was shipped in.
5. Proper Packaging Materials to protect the item: Bubble Wrap, Airbags, Zip bag, Tissue.
6. Shipping Materials: Sturdy box or properly packaged bubble mailer.
7. Contact me with the tracking number for the package as soon as you have it.

I do not refund original shipping, return shipping, tracking or insurance costs.

*A lost or damaged item that was not originally insured can not be refunded by the post office or by myself. I will provide you with any documentation that you may need for your claim.

I assure you that your purchase will be packed very securely and it will arrive in listing condition. I have moved many, many times and I have not even had a cracked plate. It is very important to me that your merchandise be delivered safely and in a timely manner.
