Welcome to my studio.

All of my items are little works of art so please treat them accordingly. That said most of them will withstand washing as needed. Instructions will be included with any items that need special care. If you prefer to err to the side of caution I recommend hand washing in tepid water with a mild detergent.

Felted items should be washed in cold with as little agitation as possible to avoid further felting (compression).

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact me as soon as you receive it. I delight in my creations and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Damage in Transit

All of my items are custom, unique and completely handmade. Many of the items listed are the prototype used to create an original pattern. Minor variations in the fiber or workmanship are to be expected. All items are thoroughly inspected and documented before they leave my studio. I will accept returns for full refund with documentation of damage occurring during transit so I can file an insurance claim with the USPS to replace the item. Any item over $50.00 will be insured during shipment and the cost for insurance is included in my fees.
Payment
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to use their services. Choose PayPal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click "Pay Now" and choose your preferred option.

Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail

Duties or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

I can not be held responsible for loss or damage incurred by the postal service (please refer to my damage in transit policy).

Custom Orders

I accept a limited number of custom orders each year due to the time it takes away from creation. 100% due up front and will be held as in escrow until final receipt and approval of the item by you.

Refunds on Custom Orders

If you are not delighted with your custom item, a refund less 25% to cover shipping and materials will be returned to you following the return of the item to me and received in pristine condition. If returned damaged, 50% will be refunded and feedback will be left accordingly “Item returned damaged, 50% refund given on [date].”

Wholesale

Books and patterns: Wholesale pricing is available. Minimum quantity of three (3).

Hand made items: Not available

Allergy Awareness

My studio is smoke free and perfume free.

My roommates are of the feline and canine variety. They are groomed regularly and I make every effort to keep stash and projects free of hair.

I leave feedback for each purchase when the exchange is fully complete, all payments are received, the item is shipped and received and you are satisfied with your purchase.
