My muses and love affair with homemade goods!

Gypsy Regimens (named after the fabulous Ms. Gypsy Rose Lee) began in 2011. Here is our story:

In the summer of 2011 I realized just how self-conscious my very significant other half was about stretch marks he bore after previously losing a lot of weight. His marks were deep and dark and I, always believing that nature’s cures are best, decided we could come up with something to get rid of them. After much trial and error, and many weird smells coming from our kitchen, Bounce Back Oil was born. Since then many other homemade goodies have emerged as a result of either wanting to save money, or having the satisfaction of knowing that the products we put on our largest organ are 100% natural and homemade. Most products in this category are relatively expensive, so it is my goal to provide products that are both natural and affordable.

Gypsy Regimens really began many years ago (although back then the business was really just a twinkle in my eye!) when I learned that I was addicted to lip gloss, “chap-stick”, and anything that could quench my lips’ thirst. I began making my own glosses from kits that tasted terrible, so as my knowledge of essential oils and natural remedies grew, so evolved my homemade recipes. I began knitting shortly after and created Terrapin Knits; sadly, beauty products took a backseat. It wasn’t until the summer of 2011 that I picked up the mortar and pestle again to create more tasty, pamper-worthy regimens.
I used to live by the Mantra: "I don't buy anything I can make myself"; but that's changed since I joined Etsy. I love supporting other crafters, artists, and manufacturers the way my friends, family, and customers have supported me. I know the time and love that goes into all our wonderful goods, and I am very happy to be part of such a sweet community. :)

My name is Wednesday, I'm an official Gypsy Regimens assistant! Although I'm not allowed in the Gypsy Kitchen, I await patiently while my Ma and the gals get cookin' until it's time for her to take a break (and by" break" I mean walk/play with me!)

    Owner, Creator/Manufacturer

I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and full-time Business/Marketing student, Mama to my softie pitbull Wednesday, and partner to an amazing man. I have always loved and used natural products, and love being able to provide others with high quality homemade products as well. Although there are tons of homemade recipes out there, Gypsy Regimens uses only high quality ingredients from our own backyard to around the world (not just whatever is laying around the kitchen). We make our products in a professional commercial kitchen but are still very much homemade. After all, "Happiness is Homemade"!

Frequently asked questions

Wholesale availability

We sell wholesale in spas, salons, tattoo shops, and boutiques across the US; and we'd love you to carry Gypsy Regimens in your shop as well. If you're interested in our wholesale options please contact us in a message to request our wholesale information (and if you'll need a Word or PDF file).

Custom and personalized orders

We love making custom orders, and discovering what our customers like and love about our products. Custom orders can be very quick (1-3 days) if we have the supplies we need in our Gypsy Kitchen; if we do not have all supplies needed/requested then custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to allow time for us to order necessary supplies and create your product.

Why is my order taking so long to get to me?

There are several factors that could be delaying your order or causing confusion, please allow us to clear things up:
1) We print shipping labels when we receive your order for our prioritization purposes, this doesn't always mean your order is ready that quickly. Keep tracking!
2) Sometimes our packaging supplier(s) out our supplies on backorder which can set us back too as we are a very small business and can only stock so many cases of jars, etc.
3) As of this year (2016) we are also planning a wedding around here (Turtle's!) which is very time consuming as well, but us gals are doing our best to keep up with growing orders while the Gypsy family grows as well. Please continue to be patient and know that you are VERY important.

Care instructions

If you are new to all-natural products and/or essential oils please note that the amber color of our packaging does a lot of the care for you. However you will want to keep your new products out of direct sunlight anyway, and in a cool (65•F or below) place. Most Gypsy Regimens have an indefinite shelf life, while Hand Salvation (or any products contained in tin) will look good for about 1 year, afterwards your product may discolor around the inner rim due to natural oils but this doesn't affect the product itself.
