If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me a convo or email me at soulfulverse [!at] yahoo.com within 30 days of receipt with your concerns. Refunds, minus shipping, will only be given for product that is undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I must receive the product from you before I can issue your refund. If any items are damaged in the shipping process please contact me, and I will try my best to assist you.

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. Please note that your items will not be delivered until payment is confirmed. At this time, I only accept payment by Paypal. You don't need to have an account in order to use Paypal -- you can simply use your major credit card on the Paypal website. You will be directed to the site after you check out. I ship by USPS First Class Mail (with delivery confirmation for domestic shipments). Purchases made within the United States will ship within 3 business days of payment. All purchases made outside of the United States will ship within 7 business days of payment.

Please make sure your Etsy shipping address matches your Paypal shipping address. Different addresses may cause a delay in shipping. If you would like your purchase shipped as a gift to a different address, please note that in the "message to seller" box at checkout. Combined shipping is available from both my shops, only if items are purchased together and sent to the same address.

A note to international buyers: You as the buyer are responsible for any customs duties, VATs, or import taxes that may occur. All customs forms will be labeled with the content purchased or as “Greeting Cards" "Paper Crafts" and with the actual sale price of your purchases.
