I ship via USPS, first class or parcel post, and strive to get items in the mail as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of purchase for ready made items and within 3-5 days for custom order. All items that I have made will come in a reusable drawstring bag, made from fabric scraps, inside of a padded envelope (if it'll fit). I do like to include a few flea treasures in my shop and these items will be well protected and shipped in whatever box or envelope seems appropriate (I'm a believer in recycling and your item will most likely show up in a reused box). I will also include delivery confirmation on all items costing over $20 and upon request for items costing less then $20. If you have any special requests with regard to shipping (for example if you do not have a secure drop off place for packages and would like a signature conformation or if you need expedited shipping) please let me know, I am happy to accommodate you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my very best to accurately describe the items in my shop, answer all questions promptly and thoroughly, and am always happy to provide more info or pictures upon request. Even so, I know that sometimes things just don't work out. I cannot accept refunds on custom made garments, but I will provide a refund for non-custom made items that are returned promptly in good condition (I cannot refund shipping costs). I will issue a full refund for items that arrive damaged. Contact me if you have any issues with your purchase. I sincerely make good customer service my highest priority.
Additional policies and FAQs
My items are true to size (a larger four year old will just fit a size 4, a smaller four year old will find room to grow in a size 4). When I have listed a size in terms of years (fits size three/four) understand that the item should give the younger size a little room to get bigger. Please contact me before purchase if you are uncertain about the size. I am very happy to send measurements and tips for getting the right size.

Fabric Care:
Items will arrive pre-washed/shrunk in mild unscented detergent. Save energy and the fibers! Wash in cool water and hang dry. Feel free to iron if you need to.

I have a feline assistant. While he isn't allowed to have direct contact with fabric or merchandise, sit on my cutting table and help out (and bite my ankles). Items have been pre-washed, but if the wearer is very sensitive to cats you might consider washing again. My assistant is a very handsome, roguish, tabby named Archer.
