Welcome to Hab & Dash

• TURNAROUND TIME •

While a number of items in my store are ready to ship, most items are made to order so please allow 5-10 days for your items to be made. Depending on the availability of materials for custom orders, these time frames may be extended but I will keep you well informed of timing in our discussions.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience regarding these time frames. If you need an item shipped before these time frames, please convo me to discuss before you purchase a listing. I will try my very best to accommodate your urgent requests although this is dependent on current orders. A 'rush' fee may apply.

• CUSTOM ORDERS •

I welcome custom variations to pieces in store and would love to work with you to create the perfect piece. If there is a particular colour you have in mind, please contact me to check availability. All custom orders are subject to peak periods. Custom orders can be subject to additional charges.

• WHOLESALE ORDERS/CONSIGNMENT •

Bloom & Co is now accepting wholesale orders only. Consignment arrangements are not being accepted. Please send an email to bloomandco [!at] fsmail.net with the subject heading 'Wholesale enquiry'. Please include some information about your store/boutique and web address. I look forward to working with you!

I accept Paypal. Please note, all prices are in USD .
Please ensure payment has been made within 24 hours of purchase as items are only made to order following receipt of payment. If you need more time to make a payment, or would like me to reserve an item for you until your next pay day, please let me know and I will happily oblige. If I do not hear back from you regarding payment I will cancel your order.

If you need assistance navigating PayPal, please let me know I will walk you through it!

Please ensure your Etsy address details are the same as your PayPal address details. I will ship to your Etsy address unless you request otherwise.
Shipping
I am more than happy to combine shipping.

Hats are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail ‘Airsure’ service, for international buyers. UK buyers items are shipped by Royal Mail ‘Recorded’ delivery . Please note that these are a registered and traceable services.
Arrangements can be made for International customers who need express delivery. I can arrange for a courier service for an extra fee. Please contact me if you need a price for this service.

Please be sure that your shipping address is a secure location.

International buyers are responsible for any inter country or state taxes
All items will are shipped from the UK, within the times specified in each listing or as discussed for custom orders. Please allow approximately 10-15 business days for your package to arrive but depending on country custom clearances and postal delays, this time frame can sometimes extend. On average, packages from the UK to the US, using the service above arrive between 7-10 business days from shipping, But this is not guaranteed.

Please allow 2-5 working days for shipping within UK.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please choose your items carefully. I accept returns if you change your mind. If you receive your item and you wish to return it you must contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Please state your reason for returning the item in your email. As most items are made to order, you will be responsible for the costs incurred to return any item. A refund will be issued to you when the item is received by ourselves, the item must be in a new and sale worthy condition, unless damage in transit is your reason for return. I am sorry that no refund will be issued for the original postage.

I will ensure that all items listed are described as accurately as possible. Please ensure you read the listing properly, noting dimensions and colours. Please note that colours may vary between computer screens.

Due to the nature of custom orders, I am unable to accept refunds or exchanges on custom requests.
