Are you bored with all the basic designs of big box stores?

Looking for someone to do your invitations? Or maybe you're looking for something that is uniquely you and not some basic design from all the other big box store websites! I can create your dream wedding stationery!

I don't use pre-existing templates and low quality paper like other big box stores. Send me some ideas that you like, and I will customize it, so it is perfect for YOU!

If the guests are the most important part of a wedding, then the invitations are the most important part of the wedding planning process. So why would you settle for a standardized, impersonal wedding invitation to summon your guests to your special day? Your wedding invitations should coalesce with your theme, entice guest to attend, and continue to be valued keepsakes long after the ceremony.

Custom wedding invitations are the perfect solution. You can customize your invitations to your wedding’s design, giving guests a tantalizing peek into the ceremony’s special style. Additionally, the level of creativity afforded by custom invitations means that the invites will be treasured long after the big day instead of immediately trashed.

Deposit will be required to begin work. Once you approve your custom designs, 25% of the remaining total order will be due before printing. When the completed project is finished printing, I will send you pictures of the finished product and the remainder of your total, will be due. At that time I will provide you with your tracking number for your shipment.

Quantity of wedding stationery can be changed at any time before printing. Once you change your quantity I will update your order and send you a new order form to sign off on. Once you have given the final approval of your designs for printing you will no longer be able to change the quantity.

Upgraded paper options and envelope options can be chosen at any time before printing. Upon upgrading to a different paper or envelope option I will update your order and send you a new order form to sign off on. Once printing has begun you will no longer be able to upgrade to a different type of paper or envelope.

*Special Note: It is more cost effective to order all your wedding stationery at one time rather than purchasing it separately. For example, ordering save the dates, invites, rsvps, accommodation cards, thank yous and programs in one order will save you money compared to ordering them individually at different times.

You may add additional stationery (ie. Thank yous, registry cards, etc) at any time before printing. At the time you request an additional stationery product, I will update your order and send you a new order form to sign off on. Once you have given the final approval of your designs for printing you will no longer be able to add more stationery products to your order for discounted bundle pricing.

Texas Residents will be required to pay the state sales tax.
Future invoices will include a 3% service charge fee for credit/debit card payments.
Shipping
Shipping within the US is $20 unless your order is over a total of 1,000 cards. If your order is over 1,000 cards shipping is $30. Shipping outside the US can be calculated based on your location, for international shipping please inquire for pricing. Please note that if you plan to pay by check, we will not ship your invitations until your check arrives in the mail and has cleared. Shipping costs are NOT included in your estimate(quote).
Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellation policy
If for any reason you should need to cancel your order before or after approval of your custom design you will NOT be reimbursed for any amount. For example, if you pay the deposit, and then cancel your order before approving your designs for printing you will NOT be reimbursed for your down payment. Additionally, if you cancel your order after your approval of your designs for printing you will NOT be reimbursed for the deposit or the 25% printing deposit.

There are no returns.
Additional policies and FAQs
Final approval and proofreading
Before giving final approval for printing, please be sure to proofread everything closely. Hadley Designs will not be held responsible for any errors in text, dates, spelling, etc. Once you have signed off on the project for printing you are assuming full responsibility and understand that any changes that may need to be made will be at your expense. An estimate for changes will be provided and you will be asked to sign off on that estimate.

Design revisions
Three rounds of design revisions are included in the cost quoted to you. Please be sure to gather all of your changes and ideas as completely as possible at each phase of the project. Major revisions beyond the third round will be subject to additional fees. We will notify you if any additional costs will be added before the work is done. You will be provided with a new estimate and asked to sign off on the estimate.

Printing & Final Approval
When we receive your final approval for printing, we will schedule your printing date. Please allow two weeks for delivery from this date of your final approval. Rush orders are available at an additional charge. Please let us know if you have a quick deadline or special needs. Final payment is due upon completion of printing (I will then give you your tracking number.)
