Paper boats to card making

I still remember my first paper craft. It was paper boat. I LOVED making tons of them at a time. Since then, I've enjoyed crafting of all sorts - from quilling to DIY home decor stuff. But somewhere along the way, I fell in love....with card making. And hence HafsaCreates was born.

My inspirations lately comes from my niece (6 yrs old) and nephew (3 yrs old) - my very first customers, my guinea pigs. And my sunshines every day!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Due to the handmade nature of my work, there could be slight variations in the product you receive compared to photographs in the listing.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

For anything else, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, you may send it back for a refund minus the shipping costs within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will only be issued for unused products still in its original packaging. You will be refunded only after I receive the product back in good condition. Please contact me first if you are intending to send something back for a refund.
Payment
I accept Paypal, major credit cards, and Etsy gift cards. Payment is due before shipment will be made.

If you don't have a PayPal account you can still use your credit card through their system - just follow the 'guest' procedure.
Shipping
Letter mail will be shipped via Canada Post, because that is the most economical method. Thus, there is no tracking number.

For package, I use first class - which includes no tracking or insurance for most countries. If you'd like tracking or insurance, make sure to request that before ordering, and I can inform you of the rates.

In case of damaged delivery, please note I am not responsible for it. When insurance is included, it's the buyers responsibility to call the shipping company and file a claim. If you need information from me, I'm happy to provide.

Also, We will have not be responsible for any additional custom charges.

If you wish for a faster shipping service, tracking number or any other shipping upgrade, please contact me and we can work out the cost.

Estimated delivery times:
♦ Canada: 5–10 business days
♦ USA: 7-12 business days
♦ International: 7-21 business days

Depending on the customs on both arrival and departure countries, packages can be delayed a few days longer than estimated shipping times.

Any overage of over $2 shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.
