USPS is STILL experiences delivery delays because of COVID-19, so please be patient with the shipping and delivery process- please keep in mind I do not control delivery times, this is on the postal office after the package is dropped off. Transit times are normally 3 to 5 Business Days but are reliant on the overburdened shipping industry's ability to deliver on time. Thank you for your understanding! 😔
Please do not leave notes at checkout about needing your items by a certain time or asking me to ship asap, There is an option for an express shipping upgrade if you would like it. Frequently asked questions
Are the "print packs" digital?
No, the "print packs" in my shop are physical items. The prints are on 4 by 6 inch glossy photo paper and are mailed to you. I can make digital download files if you want to- this would be a custom order so please reach out!!
Refunds
Refunds are only made when orders are canceled. See above for the cancellation policy. I will resend products once instead of giving a refund.
