They gave me a refund when they noticed that this particular item was not in their stock, rather than leaving me in the dark - a couple bucks short like I've experienced with some other stores. So thank you HJB and I'm sure this would have been a great piece to have!

We love our HJB customers and are always looking to satisfy all needs. While we'd love to own and operate our own shipping company we must use what is available USPS is a great service but like all companies including our mistakes are made and shipments go missing or even arrive broken. In an effort to provide 5 star service we shipped out total of 3 headbands to the buyer at our expense. Unfortunately we got no response on if the item/s we're received and in what condition. We offer the option for insurance to be purchased when shopping in our store. We also look to make every purchase feel like money well spent. We love hair, we love hair accessories and most of all we love our customers.
