When will I get my new product?
Right away! My shop is filled with downloadable, digital products that you will get instant access to. No physical items are shipped. Simply click on the download link sent to you via email after your purchase to gain access to your item, or look in the “purchases” section while signed into your etsy account.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you get instant access to my digital products, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final, so please read the listing to be sure it’s what you want. How do I download my purchases?
Etsy will email you a download link where you’ll be able to securely access your purchases. You can also always find your purchases by signing into your account, then going to: etsy.com/your/purchases
