Payment
I accept payment by credit card, paypal and Etsy gift card.
Shipping
Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days of order. Anything under 13 oz. and shipped within the U.S. (up to 4 lbs. International) is sent via 1st Class USPS. Anything over 13 oz in the U.S. (4 lbs. International) is sent Priority.

Shipping times are not guaranteed by USPS and therefore neither can I, but here are some estimates:
• First Class, 2-5 business days in the US (3-4 weeks international)
• Priority, 2-3 business days in the US (6-10 business days international)

Once again these are estimates and not guaranteed. Sorry, but I do not offer overnight or express shipping options at this time due to my rural location (and experience that it often doesn't move any faster). Thanks for understanding.

Please note that some countries, particularly the UK, will apply additional VAT, customs fees, import duties and/or handling charges on imported packages, depending on your country’s import limits; buyers are responsible for any import charges imposed by their home country. Please plan accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with the item you purchased, please let me know within 2 weeks of receipt. I'll be happy to refund your purchase (minus original shipping costs) once I receive the item(s) back. Shipping costs associated with sending items back are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are only allowed if items are returned back in sellable condition, so please package carefully. I also encourage you to get tracking on your package as I am unable to refund until the return is back in my possession (insurance is also recommended, especially for fragile items).
