Ordered the backpack on December 8th of 2016, still have yet to receive item.

Package was originally mailed Decmber 19th. Customer said they never received it and Post Office did not update tracking so, at no additional cost to customer, we mailed a replacement on January 27th and it was marked delivered on February 6th. We have stayed in close contact with customer and post office regarding this matter. We are saddened by the customer's disappointment but have truly done all that we can to be accommodating. In the end, the customer received the ordered item AND a full refund. We are grateful for our customers and do everything we can to get them their items quickly for them to enjoy.

Payment
I accept Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account, you may check out as guest and use a credit card. Payment is required at time of ordering.
Shipping
Items are shipped First Class Mail via USPS and includes USPS Tracking. For Priority or Express mail, Insurance or Delivery Confirmation, please contact me so that I may invoice you for the corrected amount.

Shipping is based on the packaging and weight of each item, therefore, if you purchase multiple items shipping charges may be greater, but I will always consolidate items when possible and refund any extra shipping charges over a $1.00 difference.

Please note that once an item leaves my possession I can't be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed goods. Once it leaves my hands all inquiries will have to be made with the Post Office. I will gladly help you using the tracking included.
Refunds and Exchanges
I know that you will love your custom made goodies, but if for reason you do not, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so that we can resolve any issues.
I will gladly offer a full refund (not including shipping) for unused, undamaged, unwashed, non-personalized items once I have received the item back.

Return shipping will be the buyers responsibility. If a mistake was made on my part, I will gladly pay for return shipping and sending you the correct item.
