We are still having some problems with the shipping service, our national post service is still having some kind of issues with the shipping process of the parcels. So FOR THE NON-USA SHIPPING ADDRESS they are taking longer than usual to be delivered, like 8 or 9 weeks instead of 2 weeks as they normally took.

We wanted to aware to every possible buyer from out of USA about this problem in the transit, because we cannot guarantee about the time that the parcels will be delivered for the new orders placed in these last weeks of September, as we wrote it is possible that the parcels take 8 to 9 weeks, or even more to be delivered, nevertheless by the other hand it is also possible that the issue be finally resolved in the lasts days of October and we back to the normal average shipping time. Anyway we are always contacting and keep the buyers posted with any news, and we are always monitoring every parcel we ship from here as well. We are always glad to contact and respond any question and give further info.

We DO HAVE resolved this shipping problem for the parcels TO USA because we are now working with DHL here in Nicaragua to send the parcels there, the post service we are using is Global Mail e-commerce, that is a new and very economic shipping service they are offering. But they can't offer the same service to the rest of the world, so the only option with them to Non-USA addressees is to pay for the normal service they offer that is really very expensive, something like $102 (to Canada for 2.5 kg include VAT) for just one package. We would need confirmation from the buyer if he/she wants to take this option.

The estimated shipping time now is between 10 to 12 days to American region via DHL Global Mail, this is our new postal service. But only for USA Continental Territory, because for Hawai, Puerto Rico, and Alaska the parcels maybe will take two weeks more.


★ ★ For the parcels that we ship to USA using DHL it is possible to track it since the first day that they were ship. But for the parcels to Non-USA addressee it is just possible to track the parcel shipped when they have arrived to the customs in the destination country, so this is some days after the parcel was shipped. So for example it is possible to use for the parcels to Canada, for United Kingdom, for France and so on. We depend on those to check the tracking for our parcels because our post service here in Nicaragua doesn't offer the tracking service, they have a site but they still don't have an online tracking tool. We hope some day they will have it. ★ ★

★ Tell us when you make your purchase the design of your tapestry. If we do not have available, we design it in a short time at no cost. And if you want, you may ask for your custom design. Preferably we will provide our e-mail to improve communication so we can offer more options for design. You can even indicate to us your choice by the photograph or by a code or number from the picture or from the catalog that we can provide. ★

★ Cushions and pillows you see in listings are just for pictures, for people to see details and colors really,but they are not necessary for using the hammock at all, even is more comfortable using without pillows as we do it here in Nicaragua ★

We use Paypal for paying, but we have available some others payment processors like Alertpay, Moneybookers, Liqpay and LibertyReserve. Also we accept cards and money transfers. We always offer the security and convenience for shopping. Please contact us to make any other arrange.
We start the process of clearance items purchased between 1 and 2 days after confirmation of payment has been made through any of our options (Paypal, or contact us by others)

★★ All of our items are made to order, that is the reason why we offer customization possibilities. Some of them are half made or already completed in stock but usually we take between 5 and 7 business days to complete the items, depending on the quantity of orders that we have ★★

★★ Our items are shipped from Nicaragua, so it is an international shipping. Once delivered to the shipping agency, items take from 1 to 2 weeks to get to the post office in your area, or get to your home if the postal service offer you this service. Shipping time depends on international traffic actually. In some periods of time like holidays or Christmas days the costumes are saturated of packages, and it is probable that they take more than 20 days to arrive ★★

★★ Parcel Post certified Nicaragua is the service that we use for deliveries, and sets limits on the size and weight of packages. National Nicaraguan Postal Service offer reliable, fast, very economical and convenience shipping service. They give to clients some kind of tracking info, a tracking number that is used by the postal office to locate the package when there is a problem, nevertheless we never had any one. We work with them to ensure the package reaches its destination. But tracking number can be used also in web pages of postal services of some countries ( for example for United States) for tracking the package some days after was shipped when it gets the custom. ★★
