All customers from Florida will be subject to Florida's SALES TAX RATE, which is between 6% to 7.5%, depending on the county he/she lives in.
When an item is purchased, I will make sure it is shipped very quickly (when your payment is finalized). If the purchase is made before 2 PM, I can assure you that it will be at the post office the same day. After 2 PM, the item will be at the post office the following day.
In regard to US orders, please allow one to two weeks for delivery. Your location will determine when your item is delivered. For example, if one purchases an item from Florida, he/she will receive that item within 2 to 3 business days. Conversely, if one purchases an item from California, the item will be delivered within 4 to 6 business days.
In regard to international orders, please allow 8 to 15 business days for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
However, if you return an item that looks worn for a long period of time, dirty, and/or torn, I will return the item back to you.
In regard to refunds, I will refund you your money, excluding shipping fees, if you are unhappy with a purchase.
Please note, however, PERSONALIZED items CAN NOT be cancelled and/or returned. Once a personalized order has been placed, submitted (and later embroidered), cancellations and changes to that item CAN NOT be changed or returned – unless an error (e.g., misspelled words/phrase) in the embroidery process occurred and was not detected when shipped. More important, if a personalized order contains any vulgar language that disparages any group, person, and the like, I reserve the right to cancel the order and your payment will be refunded in full.
In closing, my main goal is to satisfy each customer that purchases a product from me and provide great customer service to keep that customer coming back, so don't worry - for I WILL WORK TO PLEASE EACH CUSTOMER.
Each purchase will come with a business card that has my personal cell phone # and my email address, hamletpfashion [!at] yahoo.com, giving customers an easy access to me in case of any issues/questions. If I am contacted, I will get back to you within one day, most likely within hours.
